INTRODUCTION
In harmony with Mongolia's "Vision 2050" and its long-term development goals, the National Cybersecurity Strategy, and the principles outlined in Article 21 of the Cybersecurity Law, the National Computer Security Incident Response Team (NCSIRT) of Mongolia, aimed at detecting, preventing, and responding to cyber attacks and incidents directed at the information systems of state-owned legal persons with critical information infrastructure and organizations connected to the state information consolidated network, was established in December 2022. The rules and operational procedures of the NCSIRT have been approved by the relevant government resolution, establishing the legal and operational framework.

MISSION
Our mission is to protect the cybersecurity of the national cyberspace by detecting, preventing, and responding to cyber attacks and incidents targeted at the information systems of state-owned legal persons with critical information infrastructure and organizations connected to the state information consolidated network, and to support the recovery of information systems affected by cyber attacks and incidents, by fostering cybersecurity cooperation both domestically and internationally.

VISION
To enhance our national resilience against cyber threats, we aim to strengthen cybersecurity through robust international and local partnerships. This includes fostering collaboration with global cybersecurity organizations, regional CERTs, and private sector technology partners to share threat intelligence, best practices, and early-warning mechanisms.
